招聘岗位： 项目建筑师
- 具备方案构思与创意能力，能精准把握项目需求，将抽象概念转化为具体设计方案；
- 拥有较强的空间规划与布局能力，可合理分配功能区域，确保方案的实用性与美观性；
-熟练掌握 AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop、Lumion、Midjourney 等软件；
-具备一定的美学素养和艺术鉴赏能力，把握设计的风格和潮流。
- Possess solid capabilities in scheme conception and creativity, be able to accurately grasp project requirements, and transform abstract concepts into specific design schemes.
- Have strong spatial planning and layout capabilities, can reasonably allocate functional areas, and ensure the practicality and aesthetics of the scheme.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and MidJourney.
- Have a certain level of aesthetic literacy and artistic appreciation ability, and grasp the design style and trends.
