招聘岗位：设计创意理事
工作职责 key responsibilities
1.主导室内空间设计的创新方向，探索新材料、新技术及可持续设计理念，打造行业标杆案例
lead the innovative direction of interior space design, explore new materials, new technologies and sustainable design concepts
2. 结合市场趋势与用户需求，提出前瞻性设计概念，推动差异化空间体验
combining market trends with user needs,propose forward-looking design concepts and promote differentiated spatial experiences
3. 负责高端商业空间项目的全流程设计管理，确保创意落地与品质把控
responsible for the full-process design management of high-end commercial space projects to ensure the implementation of creativity and quality control
4. 协调建筑、软装、灯光等多专业团队，优化设计协作流程
coordinate multiple professional teams including architecture, soft furnishings, lighting, etc. to optimize the design collaboration process
5. 建立并维护品牌设计语言，统一空间视觉体系，提升设计辨识度
establish and maintain brand design language, unify spatial visual system, and enhance design recognition
我们希望你 position requirements
1.对空间叙事、交互体验或跨界设计有独特见解
unique insights into spatial narrative, interactive experience or cross-disciplinary design
2. 擅长带领创意团队，具备成本控制与资源整合经验
good at leading a creative team, with experience in cost control and resource integration
3.具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神
have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
4.具备项目管理技能，能够有效地组织和协调项目，并确保按时完成
have project management skills, be able to effectively organize and coordinate projects, and ensure time
5. 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、组织领带能力、沟通能力、抗压能力
excellent logical thinking ability, organizational leadership ability, communication ability, and stress resistance
6.3-5年室内设计经验
3-5 years of interior design experience
