招聘岗位：深化落地管理设计师
工作职责 key responsibilities
1. 熟悉施工图制作规范，精通工艺及材料，能独立完成全套施工图设计（平面、顶面、立面、剖面和节点大样图）
expert in construction documentation standards, materials, and detailing methods, with demonstrated ability to independently deliver complete drawing sets including loor plans, elevations, sections and detailed nodes
2. 线上线下配合施工对接事宜，有效推进包括软装、灯光、材质、景观等各专业团队的配合工作
cooperate with construction on-line and on-site. Effectively promote the work of professional teams including soft furnishings, lighting, materials, landscape, etc
3. 负责现场与施工方在施工工艺和设计等方面的沟通，并解决过程中出现的问题
responsible for on-site communication with the construction party on construction technology and design, and solving problems that arise during the process
4.严格按照设计效果进行落地把控，并按照相关验收标准跟进验收工作
rigorously implements design intent execution and conducts inspections per relevant acceptance standards
我们希望你 position requirements
1.室内设计、环艺等专业背景，1-2年及以上相关工作经验优先
background in interior design or environmental art preferred, with1-2+ years of relevant work experience
2.施工图绘制技术熟练，对空间有较为准确的把握
highly proficient in technical drawing production with precise spatial articulation
3. 熟练操作AutoCAD、SketchUp 等设计软件
proficient in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD and SketchUp
4.优秀的项目落地管理能力、沟通能力，具有团队责任心
excellent project implementation management and communication skills, and team responsibility
