招聘岗位：室内设计师
工作职责 key responsibilities
1.能充分理解客户意图，掌握设计核心和具体要求，全流程主导并完成项目，并按时间节点完成设计效果与最终落地呈现
understand client needs, grasp design essentials, lead end-to-end project execution, and deliver on time with quality results
2.具备良好的设计能力和品味，以专业的态度和感染力演示最终方案，妥善解决客户提出的问题
strong design sensibility, persuasive presentation skills, and proven ability to address client concerns professionally
3. 配合施工对接事宜，严格按照设计效果进行落地把控，并按照相关验收标准跟进验收工作
oversee construction coordination, ensure strict design implementation compliance, and conduct inspections per relevant acceptance standards
4.高效按时地完成被分配工作，落实设计细节、材料的可行性
deliver assigned work on time with high quality, validating design details and material practicality
5.定期总结完善设计工作流，提高设计工作效率、精进设计项目质量
continuously refine design workflows through regular reviews to enhance efficiency and elevate project quality
我们希望你 position requirements
1.室内设计相关专业本科及以上学历，2-3年以上独立方案经验者优先
bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or related field, with preference given to candidates possessing 2-3 years of independent design solution experience
2. 具备较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够向客户进行令人信服的汇报
the candidate shall possess strong communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to clients
3. 对于材料和技术性问题的解决有足够的知识储备
thorough understanding of interior materials and construction technical solutions
4. 熟练运用相关设计软件（AUtoCAD，SketchUp），渲染插件（Enscape, D5
Renderer），Adobe套件
mastered design tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Renderer, and Adobe Creative Cloud
5. 拥有良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协作能力、抗压能力
strong logical thinking, communication, collaboration, and stress management skills
