OUTIN.DESIGN正反设计是由王琛先生与蒋沙君女士于2014年创立的多元化设计团队，十年来专注于国际品牌合作，服务于国际高精尖圈层。
我们探索的设计纬度涵盖了建筑设计、室内设计、产品设计、软装与商业陈列、装置与展览策展、艺术等学科，并在策展领域也有丰富的实践经验。OUTIN.DESIGN正反设计以综合性设计合作服务，致力于实现作品创新和市场差异化。
OUTIN. DESIGN, the Multi-type Design Group founded by Chen WANGand Shajun JIANG in 2014, which is focusing on collaboratinginternational brands ang serving a global community of high-endclientele for the past 10 years.
Our creative fields cover Architecture, Interiors, Products, Softfurnishings & Commercial displays, Installation & Exhibition curation,and Art, with extensive practical experience in the field of curating aswell. We offer comprehensive collaborative design services, dedicated toachieving innovation and market distinction.

平面设计师
岗位职责
1.负责团队的平面视觉创意并建立视觉库
2.与室内及媒体团队协调以应对平面设计需求
3.维护并优化各团队在社交媒体上的视觉识别系统
4.具备基础的室内设计或建筑设计常识，能理解团队的表达，而非仅仅做“美化”
5.精通Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign等专业设计软件，善于运用AI辅助设计工具进行创新表达

任职要求
1.具备2年以上平面设计丰富经验
2.本科或以上相关专业设计背景
3.具备优秀的版式设计能力，能处理文字层级与图片的关系
4.团队协作能力强，具备良好工作态度与合作精神
5.精通英语和普通话的书面及口语表达
