Help bring AIM’s architecture to adulthood.
Develop AIM to be internationally active and recognized.
▫️General:
· We are looking for one of two studio managers that run the studio. You are an architect that focusses on operations and business development. You lead the business development people from the perspective of the company’s ambitions and strategies.
· You focus on building AIM’s architecture arm to a leading status in such way that AIM is not only recognized as an ID company, but also is considered as the option of choice in architecture to developers and governments with high demand on cultural and design value.
· You meet the clients expectations and install trust, while at the same time you make it clear that AIM is here to bring our client to the next level by offering some of the world’s best architecture and ID culture. That means we are not after the most business, but the most interesting business.
· You are actively interested in business, sustainability, culture and design.
· You are an architect with a solid China experience, with a background that allows you to understand both the Chinese culture and perspective and a global perspective.
