SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

岗位要求：
1.五年以上工作经验，专业美术院校毕业优先，有己方公司工作经验优先；
2.参与创意构思，在充分理解策略的基础上，提供或设计出具体的视觉风格并执行；
3. 有管理能力与整个团队配合，快速准确完成设计执行，跟踪设计后期等；
4. 具有成功的项目操作经验和大客户服务能力；
5.思维开阔，责任心强，具有团队协作精神及良好的沟通技巧；
6. 有敏锐的行业观察能力，较强的审美观和整体布局感；
7.能够承受一定的工作压力。
POST REQUIREMENT：
1. More than five years of work experience, graduate from a professional art school is preferred, and work experience in Party B's company is preferred;
2. Participate in creative conception, provide or design specific visual style and implement it on the basis of full understanding of strategy;
3. Have the management ability to cooperate with the whole team, complete the design execution quickly and accurately, and follow up the late stage of the design;
4. Successful project operation experience and key customer service ability;
5. Open-minded, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and good communication skills;
6. Keen industry observation ability, strong sense of aesthetics and overall layout;
7. Able to work under pressure.
